David Rio Blended Chai Smoothie with Fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of water or milk/milk substitute
  • 4 Tablespoons of Chai
  • one banana (or use 1/4 cup of any other fruit of choice)
  • 8 oz. of ice

Ingredients: Start with water/milk. Add Chai, fruit and ice then blend well until smooth.
